Previously, on Time Force...
The mutant crime lord Ransik had finally been captured, but everything that had happened was all merely part of his plan. Escaping from the custody of Time Force, he and his band arrived at the Hades Island prison ship and quickly took over, preparing to enter a time warp when Ransik was given the chance to settle his unfinished business; one last battle with the Red Ranger, Alex Murphy. In the battle, Ransik defeated his foe and escaped into time, only to be followed close behind by Murphy's fiance, Yuuri Asami, and her team.

It was quiet as night filled the air. Music softly played from a CD player as a security guard at a warehouse read the newspaper, then looked up as a flash of lighting filled the sky. "What the..." He picked up his flashlight from the desk and walked outside to see what looked like a large meteor streak through the sky, another flash of lighting blinding it from view before three flashes of light appeared before the guard and formed into a trio of humanoid beings. "Interesting place," the male human of them stated as he looked around. "Freeze!" the guard stated, drawing his pistol. He gasped as it went flying out of his hands as the male human of the three raised his hand, the gun hovering before him. "It appears to be a late 20th century weapon," the gold colored robotic being stated, voice bearing a metallic tinge. "It seems we have reached a safe era, Master Ransik." The man smiled as he grabbed the gun and crumbled it, dropping it to the ground as he walked over to the guard and lifted him up by the neck. "What year is this?" "Wh...what?" the guard managed say as he fought to breath. "What year is this?!" "Two...two thousand six...." Ransik chuckled as he flung the man away, turning to his band. He didn't notice as in the sky, a bright point of star light flashed as if marking something. "In the past, and no Time Force! Frax, Nadira! We've got work to do!"

Force from the Future
Part 2
Smoke billowed from the time ship as it lay on the beach, having come to a crashing halt against a bluff. Debris littered its landing path, while inside, things were getting worse for the four from Time Force. "Guys, wake up!" Circuit yelled. "We've got a fuel leak and the ship is going to explode!" Yuuri groaned as she came to, then looked around in confusion. "Nani..." "Detonation is imminent, we've got to get out of here!" "Syon!" Yuuri yelled. "Domon, Lucas! Move it out of here!" She quickly grabbed the yellow case and got the others up, all of them racing out of the craft just before the time ship exploded, sending them crashing to the ground. "That was a close one," Domon commented as they got back to their feet. "We were almost blown to bits." "Luckily, my systems weren't damaged in the crash," Circuit replied as he hovered down to the ground. "Otherwise, we'd all be scattered over this beach." "But where are we?" Lucas asked. "I can tell you exactly when and where we are," Circuit stated matter-of-factly. "We're five miles northwest of the city of Silver Hills, in the year two thousand and six." "Whoa, two thousand six?!" Domon exclaimed in shock. "We've gott'a get back to-" "Iiya!" Yuuri snapped as she walked over, opening the case. "We're not going back. It's our duty to capture Ransik, and we're not going back till we do so." "But Yuuri...he beat us once already." "That was before we got the Chrono Changers," Yuuri replied, handing the three each a changer before taking her own and fixing it on her right wrist. A flash of pink light flowed over her as the changer scanned her, locking in her genetic code. "DNA sequence locked." The other looked at her, then at each other before following suit and strapping on the changers, each flashing a different color as the changers lock in their DNA to memory. Yuuri nodded to her team as she then turned toward the nearby city. "Let's go."
As the four walked into the city, Yuuri looked around, frowning as people paused and looked at the quartette. "They've got to be around here somewhere. Activate scan visors." She quickly tapped an ear piece that rested on the back of her right ear, a high-tech visor extending from the device to wrap around the top half of her face. The others did the same as visors extended out to form over their eyes. "Split up and spread out," Yuuri ordered, the four splitting up to sweep the area. Her own visor flashed as it began scanning the area, data readings streaming before her eyes as she looked around. "Todoke." "Nothing unusual here." "Same here, no abnormal DNA signatures," Lucas reported. Yuuri frowned as she continued to look around, not paying attention to where she was going before she bumping against someone's head as they bent over. She turned around, the person wearing a street bike helmet, his face hidden. "Gomen..." "Sorry about that," the man replied before he started up his motorcycle and drove off. Yuuri halted and looked back as she thought the voice was somehow familiar. She shook her head and went back to her search, sure she had just been imagining things.
Meanwhile, in a jewelry store, one of the employees was fixing a silver bracelet around the black leather clad hand of Nadira, the mutant female removing her sunglasses and admiring the decoratives. "I'll take them all," she stated. "Wonderful...will you be paying with cash or credit?" Nadira smiled as she reached into her purse. "How about...nuts and bolts?" she replied, pulling out a handful of the stated objects, then flinging them to the ground, robotic skeletal structures forming then fleshing out to create a swarm of robots armed with sword like weapons. Nadira quickly stood up and laughed as she grabbed her clothes and pulled it away to reveal her white caped outfit. "Surprised?!" Screams filled the store as the robots began smashing the display cases and causing havoc, people running to escape. The robot soldiers aimed and fired their weapons in gun position, causing even more destruction and panic. Syon was walking along through a park when he saw the police patrol cars race by on the road, running to follow, then gasping as his visor's display flashed red. He tapped a button on his changer and brought the device to his mouth as he ran. "Yuuri, I'm picking up mutant DNA, and we got the local law enforcement heading in the same direction!" "Kuso...hurry up, we'll meet you there!" Syon cut the com line as he continued running, racing to met up with the others.
Meanwhile, Nadira lead her army of robots down the road, everyone running from them in panic. "That was rather fun." "Hajisore!" The woman stopped at the command, her group turning back to see that the source of the order was none other than Yuuri! "You, here?!" "You're under arrest, Nadira!" Yuuri stated, the visors on her face and her teams' retracting back into the ear pieces. "There's nowhere to run now!" "Run? I have no intention of running!" Nadira replied with a disgusted snort. Yuuri gave no reply save take stance. "Ready!" she ordered, the rest of her team taking up the same stance. "Chrono...Morph!" As the four adjusted their stance and hit the activation switch on the changers, they expected to be transformed, and were quite surprised for nothing to happen. "What?" "Why aren't they working?!" Lucas exclaimed. "I don't know!" Yuuri replied. "They should be activating!" "Well," Nadira commented with a laugh. "That was...interesting. Any more tricks for us? No? Very well then. Reavers! Get them!" The robots obeyed as they ran at the four former Time Force officers, the four fighting against the machines. Yuuri quickly broke away from the robots and ran after Nadira. "Hajisore subeta!" Nadira stopped and snarled, knowing very well what Yuuri had just called her. "How dare you!" "You want to change my opinion?" Yuuri replied with a taunting smile, blocking as Nadira tried to kick her. "That was a little too easy." The mutant woman snarled, continuing her attack, but Yuuri was too fluid in her motions, blocking every strike. "You bitch!" she snarled, swing her hand as her nails suddenly surged out in length. Yuuri jumped back to avoid getting sliced, a move that resulted in her getting kicked from behind by a Reaver. She stumbled forward, ducking a swing from Nadira, then hit the ground as she was kicked in the back again. A pair of Reavers grabbed Yuuri by the arms and picked her up, holding her in place before Nadira. "What now, filth?" "Oh not much," Nadira replied. "Just your death. Kill her!" With those orders, Nadira tapped a device on her belt and vanished. Yuuri struggled with the Reavers, then was kicked in the gut, the two holding her arms letting go to let her fall back. The woman got back to her feet and gasped as a Reaver came at her with its sword-gun, then was even more shocked as the sounds of an engine neared, the motorcycle rider from before racing by, then quickly turning at he noticed the Reavers, kicking out and knocking the one with the sword-gun before pulling a 180 and coming back. A shot from another Reaver caused him to skid and tip over, but he just rolled with the fall and got to his feet, racing at the Reavers and slamming them away left and right. "Good god," Yuuri muttered as she watched the Reavers almost get slammed apart. There was something disturbingly familar in his combat style, something that reminded her all too much of Alex. "Who is this guy? He fights like..." It wasn't long before the new arrival had taken care of the Reavers, walking over to Yuuri and holding out his hand. "You okay?" he asked as he helped her to her feet. "Hai," Yuuri replied softly. "Thank you for your help...sorry about them." "The bike? Bah, don't worry, I can fix it later." He pulled off his helmet and smiled, Yuuri gasping as she nearly fainted. "Something wrong?" Yuuri couldn't believe it as she stared at his face. The eyes, the cheeks, they were too much to take in. This man looked exactly like Alex! "Arakami...you..." "You okay? You look like you're looking at a ghost." "Yuuri!" came Syon's voice as he and the others ran over. "You alright?" The woman nodded weakly as she continued to stare at her rescuer. "Hai." "Yuuri, what's..." "Oh my god," Domon muttered. "He..." "He looks exactly like Alex!" Lucas finished. "This is unbelievable!" "Alex?" the man asked in confusion. "Sorry, but the name is Wes. Who's Alex though?" "He's-" "A friend," Yuuri quickly stated, finally able to speak. "Thanks for your help, I'll be fine now." The man shrugged as he smiled. "Hey, no problem. Glad I could help, but I gott'a bolt. See you around." Domon was about to go after him as the man walked off to his bike, but Yuuri stopped him, shaking her head as Wes picked up the motorcycle and started it up, driving off. "Don't," she whispered. "He's not him."
"Guys, I found the problem," Circuit reported as he finished scanning the Chrono Changers. It was a good hour after the fight they had found a place to rest for a bit, giving them time to try and figure what happened. "The Changers are programmed to operate as a full team. We need the Time Red Changer to be active in order for the other four to enable morph." "But, the Red Changer is locked to Alex's DNA!" Syon stated. "I mean, we'd need either him, or a clone of him to get it working! Even if we found one of his ancestors in this time, there's no way the DNA would match enough." "What about that guy that helped Yuuri?" Domon quipped. "Except for his hair color, he's practically Alex's twin." "Iiya," Yuuri snapped. She had thought of the idea as well, but it was hurting too much to consider at the moment. "It's not a good idea. We could end up ruining his life if it did work. Besides, Time Force regulations on time travel are to restrict involvement of era natives as much as possible." "Yuuri, it may be our only chance," Lucas replied. "Besides, in case you already forgot, we're not Time Force anymore, we're freelance. I think we should try. At the very least, we need to find out if we can get the Red Changer to work."
At a large mansion at the outskirts of the city, chefs and servants were preparing dinner for later that day, a bit distracted by one of the residents of the house, who was attempting to pick into the food and get something to eat. "Hey hey hey! Get out of that!" "But I'm starving!" "You're always hungry!" the chef replied. "Master Wesley," came a more calm, yet flustered voice. "You must get ready. Which jacket would you like to wear?" The younger man sighed as he shrugged. "Um, neither?" he quipped, then walked off. "Charlie, meetings are so...boring!" "That's what they're called board meetings," the butler replied, knowing how the young man felt. "Really, I know you hate going to these meetings, but-" "Hey, what's she doing here?" Charles looked over to who Wes was referring to. Sitting in the main room was a young aisan woman in what appeared to be some kind of uniform. "Oh...she says her name is Yuuri Asami, she's been waiting for you, says it's very important." "Huh," Wes mused as he looked over Yuuri. "So-" "You best not be late," came an older voice, its owner walking out of an adjacent hall. "You know how I hate tardiness." "Actually Dad," Wes quickly replied after looking at Yuuri. "I can't make it." "What?" Wes smiled as he pulled Yuuri over. "I have a date, and I know how you keep telling me to keep my commitments. This is...Yuuri, I promised to take her out today." Wes' father frowned as he sized up Yuuri, noting her uniform. "Charmed..." he muttered. "Alright, very well." Wes smiled as he grabbed Yuuri's hand and led her out the door, Wes' father looking back at Charles with a bit of a glare.
Wes smiled as he and Yuuri walked over to his motorcycle, looking back a bit. "Thanks a lot, I really needed to get out of that. Looks like we're even." "Uh...Wesley-san..." "Call me Wes," the man replied with a smile. "And no need to thank me again for earlier...one of the things I got from my mom, just gott'a help out people when I can." "That is what I need to talk to you about," Yuuri stated. "I need your help again." Wes smiled as he reached for his keys. "Alright, what do you need?" Yuuri bit her lip as she pulled the Red Chrono Changer out of her pocket. "I need you to put on this Chrono Changer, and activate it." "Chrono...Changer?" Wes said in confused tone. "Uh...what's a, Changer?" "It's...you ever heard of, 'morphers'?" "Uh...not really. Can you explain?" "You wouldn't belive me if I told you," Yuuri answered with a sigh. "Try me." Yuuri sighed again as she bit her lip. "Alright...my companions and I are officers of Time Force, a military agency that regulates the law and time travel in the thirtieth century. We came back here to track down a group of criminals who escaped into the time stream, and came here to alter history. We need the Red Chrono Changer to be active so we can enable the morph function of our Changers." She sighed as she finished, then turned to Wes. "We believe that you are the only person in this era that can unlock the Red Changer. That's why we need you." "I...believe you," Wes replied, then held up his hands as Yuuri smiled. "I believe you're nuts." "Baka!" Yuuri screamed. "I was right! You're nothing like Alex! You may look like him, fight like him, you even sound just like him, but you are nothing like him! I don't even know why I even considered trying to get your help!" She growled and stormed off when her Changer beeped, Yuuri quickly tapping the com control and causing a holo-image of Syon's face to appear. "This is Asami, go ahead." "Yuuri, Ransik's on a rampage in the city, we need you now!" "On my way!" she replied, glancing back at Wes, then running. The young man stared in shock from seeing the hologram, realizing that perhaps it wasn't all just a crazy story.
People screamed as they ran, Reavers causing havoc and destruction as Ransik led the charge into the city. "This is great!" Frax bellowed. "No one to resist, no Time Force...now they'll learn how we have felt!" He began to laugh, then was silenced as Ransik held up his hand. "But, Ransik, isn't this what you wanted?" The four Time Force officers quickly regrouped as Yuuri arrived, a look of disappointment on her face. "Status." "It's bad, we got dozens wounded, a few dead," Lucas reported. "Did you find him?" "Hai, but it was pointless," Yuuri replied. "We've got to do this on our own." She swiftly turned and lead her team to face Ransik, drawing the blaster at her waist. "Teiryuu! Time Force!" There was a moment of hesitation as Ransik looked over to the four. "My dear," he began, "I am impressed. I would have thought you'd not continue after what happened to your friend. I must say, your courage is most admirable." He then lift his leg and slammed down his fist, a bone handle appearing out of his leg that was revealed to be a sword as Ransik pulled it out, raising the blade and letting loose a blast that sent the four sprawling. "Too bad you are only four!" Ransik taunted as he walked over, reaching down with his free hand and picking Yuuri up by the neck. ""If you still are bitter from the death of your friend, then I assure you, so am I." He sighed and dropped her as he then moved to continue his own agenda. When Yuuri moved to chase, Frax chuckled and slammed back his arm to send the woman flying back. "Stupid human," he hissed. Yuuri screamed as she went flying, then felt something catch her and slow her flight, her and her rescuer falling to the ground. "Nani?" "Is it too late to join up?" came the familiar voice, Yuuri looking over her shoulder to see none other than Wes. "Better late than never." As the others ran over, Yuuri finally began to smile, pulling out the Changer. "Hai...it's all yours." Wes looked at the device, smiled broadly, then grabbed the Changer and slapped it on his wrist, the device lighting up as the strap slid around his wrist and locked on while scanning him. "DNA Lock...Confirmed!" Yuuri almost started to cry, then turned to her team and nodded. "Member five!" She then walked back toward Ransik, the team of five taking position. "It's over, Ransik!" "Uh, Ransik?" Nadira muttered upon seeing Wes. "Didn't you already..." Ransik nodded solemnly as he looked at the newest member of the Time Force team. "I don't know how you came back...but I assure you, I won't make the same mistake twice!" "What is he talking about?" Wes asked. "I'll tell you later," Yuuri replied calmly. "Ready?!" "Ready!" Yuuri brought her arms together, and gave a cold smile as she took stance. "Time Ranger..." "Chrono...MORPH!" Energy blasted out as the five changers activated in unison, filling the area with light as the five were transformed. Time froze as their armor energized over their bodies, then restarted as the transformation was complete. "Time Rangers!" Ransik bellowed. "No matter! Reavers, get them!" The robots quickly took aim and fired, the four time force officers quickly using their new powers to manipulate time and avoid the shots. Wes wasn't so lucky, as he had no idea how to use the Chrono powers and took the shots. "Ah, crap!" "The armor will protect you!" Yuuri stated as she and the others came out of warped time. "Just try and avoid anything major though, we don't know how much stress the armor can take!" "Got it!" Wes replied, quickly taking on a trio of Reavers and sending them flying. Two more came up and started attacking, but Wes was too much for them as the Changer's computer began to pump information into his mind on how to use the Chrono powers. Yuuri quickly flipped over a group of Reavers and tapped a sequence on the keypad of her Changer. "Chrono Vector!" she called, the clock hand like swords bursting out from the Changer. "Minna-san, get your weapons out!" Wes nodded as he tapped in the sequence. "Vector Red!" "Chrono Vector Blue!" Lucas called, getting the double blades that Yuuri was wielding. Domon and Syon tapped a different sequence into their Changers, huge rifle weapons bursting out from their Changers. "V-Four!" "V-Three!" Syon added. The two took aim and fired in unison, vaporizing a band of Reavers instantly. Lucas and Wes quickly teamed up, using their Chrono Vectors to cut down the Reavers, while Yuuri began running up the walls and striking at the Reavers, pushing off and flipping over to join Wes and Lucas. "Where's Ransik?!" The crime lord frowned as he turned and tapped the teleporter on his belt, vanishing just as Yuuri managed to find him. "Another time, Time Ranger!" "Iiya!" Yuuri shouter in anger, cutting down a pair of Reavers as she tried to vent her rage. She was stopped as a round of shots hit her, knocking her down. "Ah!" "It seems, Time Pink," Frax commented as he and Nadira faced Yuuri. "That you are out-numbered." "Best learn to count!" Wes replied as he and the others ran to Yuuri's side. "Because she's not alone, tincan!" Behind her helmet, Yuuri smiled at Wes' seemingly sudden dedication. Maybe...he is like Alex in a way. Just the person we need. "Domon, Syon, blast them!" The two nodded and fired, a massive fireball erupting where the criminals stood. When the flames cleared, the two were on the ground, but still alive, just as Yuuri had planned. "Do you surrender?!" Yuuri called. "Never!" Nadira replied, turning to Frax. "Get us out of here!" "Transporting now!" Frax stated, tapping his arm and teleporting the three away. "They're gone!" Yuuri nodded as she looked around. "We're in the clear." She tapped the main key of her Changer and demorphed, the others following suit. "Thank you, Wes-san." "Hey, no problem!" Wes replied, demorphing. "That was a blast!" "It's not a game," Lucas commented with a tone of disappointment. "I know," Wes quipped. "But...this whole thing, fighting to protect people...it makes me feel so alive! You guys can understand that!" Yuuri smiled and bit her lip. "Hai...I have to apologize, I was kind'a wrong about you. When it comes down to it, you are like Alex." Wes shrugged as he sighed. "So...who is Alex?" "He was..." Yuuri frowned as she tried to fight off the pain. "He was someone close to all of us. You look so much like him. Ransik..." Wes suddenly went somber as he nodded. "I understand...sorry I bring that back up." "It's alright," Yuuri stated. "Um...well, if we're going to be a team...we best get to know each other. This is Lucas, Syon and Domon." "Wes Collins," the newly appointed Time Red replied, nodding to the rest of the Time Rangers. Lucas finally cracked a smile and chuckled. "Good to meet you." Yuuri smiled as she sighed. "Normally, a civilian wouldn't be allowed to keep the Chrono Powers, but since we don't have much choice..." "Not to mention we were relieved of duty," Domon added. "It doesn't matter." Yuuri nodded and held out her hand to Wes. "Welcome to the Time Rangers." Wes smiled and took the gesture, his eyes almost glowing from his new status. "Believe me, I'm honored."
